This steps are useful only for old post (that are already published).

Steps:
Step 1. Open a post you wish to edit the then click on Revert to draft button to enable Permalink editing.

Step 2. Then click on Permalink in Post Settings.

Step 3. Check the Custom Permalink radio button and add new URL for post in text box and click on Done.

Step 4. Finally, Click on Publish .
